Management & Office Automation
is specialization is considered one of the modern specializations that were developed in private and governmental community colleges in Jordan and Palestine, as it was adopted in 1998, when it was replaced by the specialization of secretarial and office work. This specialization is dominated by the automated and automated character of work, where the student learns basic knowledge and skills in the field of office work and applies what he learns in the faculty laboratories that are available with the latest devices, especially the computer, the Internet, and imaging devices, and applies what he has learned and exercises it in practice, through Field training in public and private sector institutions and this specialization was called this new name because it uses the technology of work in the office and modern technological devices, especially the computer device, in addition to the use of other office equipment such as the telephone, fax, copiers and photocopying. In order for the student to obtain a diploma in the field of automated secretarial, he must complete at least 69 credit hours. This specialization in the diploma is considered one of the most in demand community colleges in the labor market, whether in the public or private sector, because it is closely related to the field of practical training and field application. Also, a student with a diploma in office automation (an automated secretarial) can continue his higher education in universities after obtaining a diploma in this field or the field of business administration.
